Refund policy

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of equal value.  Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, this includes any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges:

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. 


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once processed, you will be notified of the refund amount and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process. Please reach out to: info@turtlesandtides.com with any questions.

Sale items:

Only regularly priced items may be refunded... sale or clearance items cannot be refunded. Excludes discount codes, we will gladly refund when using a discount code.
